The 100% Grano Italiano range of pasta by Premiato Pastifico Afeltra is made using the finest quality durum wheat semolina, guaranteed by the “100% Grano Italiano” mark, a certified production project promoted by Molino Casillo, offering a guarantee of alimentary reliability and safety.
The pasta is made exclusively with wheat from Apulia, supplied by over 200 farmers registered with the tracking project and cultivated exclusively in the Tavoliere della Puglia district, characterised by endless stretches of sun-drenched golden yellow wheat, where the gentle rustle of the ripe crops caressed by the wind seems to tell, like a far-away voice, the ancient story of that land and its people who proudly devote their sweat and fatigue to it every day.
A difficult but generous land, which offsets the efforts of hard work with the abundance and high quality of its fruits.
